Ralph Leal is the founder of One Life Unlimited. He founded the company back in March of 2006. He worked for the Department of Economic Security and for the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) for the State of Arizona from 1995 to 2005.

Ralph was an Army Veteran and served in the Army National Guard. He was a Core Specialist and was deployed to Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm. He returned home from the war in 1990 and moved from Sterling Illinois to Arizona in June of 1990.

Ralph had many hobbies that he was passionate about.
One of them was actively hanging out with friends who
love role playing interactive games and creating fictional
characters and innovating narrative scenarios. Ralph was also a die-hard Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan through and through.

He also loved fast cars and owed a 2010 Chevy SS Camaro. He purchased the vehicle 9 mos. before his passing in 2010. He modified his Camaro to uniquely showcase his deep love of creating a race car for other car enthusiasts to admire. His Camaro is still driven by his daughter Kisha.

Ralph’s biggest passion was helping children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. He was a big advocate for parents with children with intellectual and physical disabilities.

His passion inspired him to want to do more for families and the members, and this is how he founded One Life Unlimited. His saying he created in which we still compel with today is “Making a difference One Life at a Time” His legacy and remembrance will continue to live on within all of us here at One Life Unlimited.
